The breakfasts were a great value, the location was cozy and just right, being close to the Kansas City metro area, and it only took around 15 minutes to walk to Summit Waves Water Park from here.

The HOTel is fabulous, offers accommodation in a downtown area. The units were good sized and large with 2 double beds. The location is favourable and the staff is helpful. The restaurant serves hot Chinese food.
